About the event
What is HLP? HLP stands for High Level Swing Pattern. The HLP has four principal components best explained as Coil, Posture, Snap and Tilt. Within these components you have elements of scapula tightness, hip stretch, one-leggedness, vertical bat angle and increased plate coverage resulting into a gap to gap approach where speed and locetion become less significant to the batter and posture and timing become the prevailing factor in success.
This is the P2 approach. Pick an approach and master it! Too many youth players hit but don't know their swings. P2's philosophy always remains consistent. We teach...and then we train! Always 2 components! Always learn, always get better!

HLP HITTING CLINIC
HLP HITTING CLINIC: Sunday November 26th 9:00 am - 2:00 pm Be sure to bring your helmets, bats, batting gloves, and a drink. Wear baseball/softball pants and tennis shoes or turf shoes. We are covering a lot of training so we will start right on time, please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to schedule for checking in and gearing up.
